HAUUS meets on the second and fourth Sunday’s of the month at 10:30 AM.  We are located at 198 Main St. in Hornell NY unless otherwise noted below.   All are Welcome.  For more information about HAUUS please call (607)698-4508 or (607)522-7803

September 14 –  Please join us for our HAUUS traditional Ingathering Celebration.  Bring stories readings, mementos, writings and water that have contributed to your summer experience.  Our water will be joined to celebrate our “rejoining” after our summer break.

September 28 – “What is the Most Important Invention Ever?” – Spend a few minutes thinking about this question in preparing for our discussion led by Bert Brown.  The definition of invention is A PRODUCT OF THE IMAGINATION.

October 12 – ULTIMATE REALITY – CREATING AN HONEST GOD from Build Your Own Theology.  For this program, led by Penny Whitford, we will consider the nature of “Ultimate Reality” by whatever name we call it and explore our relationship to it.

October 26 –   To be determined.  Tim Bancroft will provide this program.  Tim always provides us with a thought provoking presentation and discussion.  Hope you can join us.J

News and Notes

A BIG Thank You to all that helped out at the HAUUS fundraiser yard sale this past July.  A sincere thank you to all who helped setup, sell or dismantle the displays and tables.  We made a total of $182.65.

HAUUS members continue to support local food pantries.  Please bring non-perishable food items when you come to fellowship.
