January 8 –  “Meditation as a Light for a Wounded World” See how your mindfulness however short in seconds or minutes can benefit you and others.  Explore the possibilities group meditation can have on creating loving, powerful outcomes.  Bring your thoughts and ideas.  Sharon Saker will facilitate.

January 22Poetry Reading – Poetry can be a catalyst for change and understanding for our current times. Bring your own poems or someone else’s to read and share with the group.

February 12 — Eli Thomas with his “Landscape Imagery Art” Eli Thomas will share his knowledge which was taught to him by his Onondaga Elders

February 26 – Making Snowflakes – George Smith has had a passion of making snowflakes since elementary school.  What have we been holding onto for many years?  How productive is it to hold on to these things in our lives?  We will explore this ideas together.

HAUUS continues to support local food pantries.  Bring your food donations on HAUUS Sunday meeting days.

After our programs and social time a group meditation will be held from approximately 12:15 – 12:45PM.  All are welcome.  Spread the word.
